Saturday morning, they were one of the few to answer their phones, and they were able to schedule to see the issue on Monday. They were able to give 2 cost options on the repair to choose from and planned to have the repair done the next week. When I found out we were going to get more rain before then, they came out that very evening. I think my issue was comparatively minor (1 hour in total to fix), but they handled it swiftly, and there was no change to their initial estimate. They were courteous, professional, and responsive. I think they're competent, too, as it's now been raining all day and no leaks are to be seen. I'd recommend them, and I'd use them again.”
